We are currently seeking experienced Debt Advisers to help expand our fast-growing Advice Department. The role will you require you to take inbound pre-qualified clients and take them through an advice call, offering the most suitable products for their situation. About Us UK Debt Advisors was set up to provide guidance and support to people who may be experiencing financial difficulty. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, UK Debt Advisors pride themselves on achieving the highest standards for their customers and employees. Call Centre Adviser role includes: Outbound calls offering solutions to clients struggling with their debt Completing client’s details over the phone and explaining the benefits of the service Building strong relationships with customers in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner Company Benefits Monthly commission on top of basic salary - OTE £25,000 - £30,000 Staff Pension Scheme Monday to Friday working hours On-going sales and product training Performance related incentives Successful candidates will have: A minimum 12 months experience in an outbound telesales role Strong communication skills and be comfortable talking on the phone Ability to work well under pressure and targets Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work Job Type: Full-time Salary with commission: £20,000.00 to £30,000 per year Benefits: · Bonus scheme Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Bonus scheme On-site parking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
