Overview

Our client specialises in UX research - they help global tech companies improve their ability to innovate, enter new markets, increase conversions and build the best digital products through user research and usability testing. This is a graduate entry 3 month internship, paying £22-25k per annum, based in Paddington, central London. The Role: We're looking for a graduate to join, where you'll be trained up in to an SDR position - you'll be responsible for targeting, engaging, qualifying and scheduling meetings with prospects to help build a quality sales pipeline for us. This will involve researching on LinkedIn, finding contact details and putting together emails to send out- with the aim of eventually securing meetings with the rest of the team. The main activities will include: Prospect: Identify qualified leads, conduct account research, acquire accurate contact information for target accounts Communicate: Develop tailored messaging that engages key decision-makers using tools such as email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales engagement platforms. Plan and Manage: Effectively plan your schedule and maintain our CRM system with detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities Attend meetings: Schedule and hold discovery meetings with key decision makers, accompanying your colleagues as you develop the knowledge and confidence to attend these alone Gather knowledge: Develop an understanding of international User Experience research (i.e. methodologies, services, partners, and value proposition) and of the key attributes of our best customers to prospect and qualify leads through cold calling and other outbound sales activities Run campaigns: Attract and book potential prospects to company run events and seminars.
