Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting an Area Manager based in Northamptonshire for a multi product retailer who lead within their current market sector. This retailer focuses on delivering great quality products and service to its customers. If you are currently working in an area management role and want to drive sales through merchandising/service/sales then we want to hear from you. We are recruiting for an area manager who is confident, proud and passionate about raising standards within stores. This role would be perfect for a store manager who wants to take a step into their first multi site role, or a current account/area manager. The ideal Area Manager candidate will enjoy; - Making commercial decisions at store level. - Working in a retail environment - Be sales driven as this role will be entirely business development with limited to no operational management. - People development. - Working in an area role - Working independently as this is not directly managing a team of people The starting salary will be up to £35,000 plus Car. We are keen to hear from retailers who have a strong multisite background. To be considered for the role you must have a full UK licence and a car and be prepared to travel.
