Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Supports the Chief People Officer and VP, Talent & Organization with key strategic organization and change projects across the business Develops a comprehensive organization development and change plan to embed our purpose and values into the way we work and lead Leverages (and continually develops) a range of tools, approaches and methodologies based on best practice to support transformation programs, facilitating them through a thoughtful and thorough organization development approach and activities Provides the business with thought leadership on progressive operating model designs – such as agile – and organizational requirements to evolve the way we work Supports the Global/Central organization with strategic projects and/or M&A Plays a lead role in driving and supporting the evolution of the Global People operating model – organization design, structures, roles, governance model & ways of working, agile pilots – across the wider People Agenda Works closely with the Global People Leadership Team and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to engage key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and change, which includes the development of stakeholder presentations and robust written communications and through capability building Translates analysis and insights into informative and consumable visualizations and builds compelling presentations to focus leaders on relevant people issues and potential solutions Degree in Business, Economics or HR and evidence of continued development Masters degree in Business preferred Certified Agile Coach, scrum master preferred
