Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Birmingham Required by international construction and property consultant to join their expanding retail and mixed-use development team in Birmingham. An MRICS Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent skills you will be working on a diverse range of unique projects ranging from £250k – £1bn on behalf of existing and new clients. You will have a solid understanding of all pre and post contract surveying duties and ideally have experience working on town centre regeneration projects.
