Immediate start Blackburn Full-time, Permanent £18,000 - £22,000 a year Hours of work: 11am to 7pm Monday to Thursday 11am to 5pm Friday Our client are rapidly expanding, with this, they are creating a brand-new Telesales department in Blackburn. The opportunity is clear, you can get your teeth stuck into a clean, untouched slate, meaning your earning potential is going to be unparalleled. We will ensure you have all the tools to succeed, including any training required to improve your knowledge of our industry, however previous experience in a Telesales Executive, or equivalent, role is a must. The role as Telesales Executive · Identify and develop sales opportunities, with both existing and new customers. · Your main objective will be to get our experienced sales team in front of the key decision makers. · Maintain and develop our CRM system. What you need to be considered for the Telesales Executive position · At least 3 months experience within a similar role. · Proven track record of arranging appointments that lead to conversions. · Used to utilising CRM systems. · Competitive individual that is always striving to succeed and improve themselves as well as ways of working. We want people to join the business who are going to challenge the status quo. In return, as the Telesales Executive you will be offered a competitive salary of £18,000-£27,000 OTE per annum, with a generous commission structure in place.
