Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Leeds City Centre Salary of a Business Development Manager: £30k - £50 (Dependent upon experience) Business Development Manager: Here at Amsource Technology we provide specialist talent, solutions and recruitment services to tech driven businesses and have ambitious plans to scale into 2020 and beyond. We work with our clients to solve problems and provide solutions to their talent / staffing needs. Traditional contract recruitment is changing significantly, not least because of IR35 legislation changes but also because of the need of organisations to have access to more robust solutions to their needs. Amsource are looking for talented Business Development Managers to join their team to develop and grow this offering. We are looking to deliver true consultancy style services rather than bums on seats transactional recruitment that is low in quality with poor margins. These consultancy services will be through Statements of Work (SoW) or outcome based contracts, which deliver tangible benefits across areas such as digital transformation or systems implementation. The Business Development Manager role will suit 3 types of people: Experienced contract recruiters looking for a new challenge selling more interesting and complex solutions, without the threat of IR35. You will want to work on big-ticket projects. Business development managers (or similar) with experience of working in a consultancy organisation that delivers digital solutions (e.g. digital transformation, software development/integration, cloud implementation, devops implementation, test practice implementation etc) or software/infrastructure product sales An experienced industry professional with a broad contact base looking to change their career with the opportunity to build a business We are looking for individuals who want to create something amazing.
