Key Account Manager £35,000 - £40,000 My client is a leading online luxury eCommerce retailer and they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their fast growing team Candidates must have a solid understanding of wholesale and high st retail. Must have experience presenting to customers in a showroom environment as well as in on location at the clients HQ As Key Account Manager your responsibilities will include: Responsible for achieving set revenues and all other defined KPIs Develop and optimise sales through an existing client base, whilst also highlighting, targeting, and converting new accounts. Analyse account potential, track sales and report accordingly Identify and develop market insight to source new partners Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Ensure the representation of our product is on brand and we gain the prominent position in store Support clients with the implementation of key promotional and marketing activity to generate sales growth and meet brand objectives Negotiate terms, costs and conditions. Work with the Head of Wholesale to develop a sales strategy for key accounts globally. Develop internal network and relationships to support key activity Collaborate effectively and enthusiastically within the sales team Assist with operations side of the business to ensure smooth process from order inputting to delivery. As Key Account Manager your relevant competency's MUST include; Proven account management or other relevant experience Knowledge of how to range build Understanding of our target market and the product categories sold by the business Understanding of current retail environment and how retail high street stores operate Previous experience of working with large house accounts before, understanding the challenges they face and what they need from us as a supplier. Innate sales skills with the ability to negotiate and influence Entrepreneurial and results orientated mindset Excellent communication with the ability to drive and influence both internal stakeholders and external business partners Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the accounts needs Ability to work under pressure within deadlines with excellent organisation and time management skills A self-starter who is adaptable to change Enthusiastic and hands-on style, self-reliant, with the ability to work autonomously - willing to take on-board more responsibilities along the way Demonstrates passion for the brand and product
