Overview
Long term interim position for a Property Compliance Surveyor in the South West - potential permanent role Your new company As a Property Compliance Surveyor you will be joining large provider of social housing in the South West, responsible for maintaining over 6000 homes (and growing). You will be able to work flexibly, attending meetings when required with internal stakeholders as well as visiting the properties. Your new role You will be providing property compliance expertise to a number of internal stakeholders who are responsible for providing responsive repair and planned works schedules & supervision to the housing stock. You'll be working on delivery of a wide range of tasks and actions following completed compliance surveys, including fire risk assessments. Moving forwards your role will diversify further into electric, gas and legionella compliance. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position you will have a background in property maintenance and compliance ideally in housing. You should have a wide and varied understanding of property compliance including gas, electric, legionella, asbestos and fire risk. What you'll get in return In return you'll be offered a long term contract position initially for 6-9 months alongside a competitive and healthy rate of pay. Your contract is likely to extend further past the initial contract duration, and could move into a permanent position.
