My client are looking to bring on a Director to spear head their presence in the Commercial market over the coming decade. This will be a professionally focused position, aimed at developing new clients in the London Commercial Sector. But while the emphasis will be on Business Development there will be a need for the individual to turn their hand to delivery from time to time, with a particular bias towards Technical Due-Diligence & Dilapidation's.
