Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Oversee the legal risk management framework, with associated policies, procedures and processes to ensure that Legal risks are managed effectively. Oversee a contract management framework to ensure that external relationships can be managed effectively by the business through appropriate contracts and SLAs. A willingness to learn multiple areas of the law regarding motor finance. Legal matter management and operational processes Experience of developing and maintaing effective relationships with all internal stakeholders and third parties. Sound legal and business judgement Experience of inhouse working is preferred Trained and gained post qualification experience at a leading city, national or international firm. Proven bility to manage complicated projects. Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and "can do" attitude.
