Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Finance Sector. Provide support and provide approval for complex DSFT transactions including equity margin loans, funded collars, variable prepaid forward transaction, emerging market credit markets and other markets products that have market and credit risk elements Review New Product Approvals for DSFT and Convergence transactions Be able to understand and recommend booking of convergence type transactions and its impact on downstream metrics, systems including limit impact Proficient in different risk tools used by market and credit risk including stress testing, risk capital, Pre-settlement exposure and Basel rules and legal entity implications for Convergence Products Help manage product programs, standards and guidelines associated with Convergence products working closely with business and risk stakeholders and seniors Solid relevant experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry Senior Credit Officer ("SCO") highly desirable Experience in people management and leadership Working knowledge of SAS or SQL programming and MS Office software proficiency required Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to view data holistically and remain detail oriented to synthesize, prioritize and deliver results with urgency Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and strategic skills Proven ability to obtain support and buy-in across a wide range of internal and external audiences Demonstrated work ethic and influencing skills
