We're hiring Join an independent software development company on a mission to bring automation to estimators worldwide We’re an energetic, fun team based in Wimbledon and with a customer base that has doubled in the past two years and we’re expanding too. What kind of person are we looking for? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and leads for our product. Your experience to date will ideally be within in a SaaS startup environment, planning, implementing and managing digital marketing activities. Although knowledge of the construction industry is not essential you will be keen to get to grips with our product, customers and the market in which we compete. We need someone who is hungry to take on a challenge and who will really step up our marketing game. You’ll be confident across all areas of B2B digital marketing and content generation. Your experience will mean you are confident in tools such as Adwords, Analytics, Social Media Management Platforms, eDM and CRM systems. With a grip on numbers you will soon be able to identify the key marketing metrics that have the greatest impact on our business, recognising what is driving leads (and subsequent sales) and where to focus your efforts. You’ll be working closely with members of the management team, but ultimately this is an autonomous role so we need someone who can be proactive and self manage. Your excellent attention to detail and high standards will ensure everything we produce is consistently on brand and your way with words will develop a distinctive tone of voice. What will the role involve? You will have full responsibility for all marketing activities, including: Google Ads: writing, analysing, optimising and reporting SEO and content generation: writing blogs, case studies, videos and other content Social media: managing our profiles across LinkedIn, Twitter, facebook etc Capterra: increasing customer reviews and bid management on Capterra Emails: product and marketing email campaigns Website: optimising the current site and landing pages, running A/B tests Marketing materials: evolving our sales tools and presentations Messaging: developing a product positioning and messaging for use across the business Customer and competitor intelligence: becoming an expert on our USP and value Analytics: tracking and reporting on marketing metrics to the management team Identifying opportunities: instigating new activities - we want ideas and lots of them You will work closely with the Sales team to plan activities and ensure a constant flow of quality leads - this is paramount to the success of the business. Together you will refine the customer pipeline process identifying weak points and continually optimising as we grow. As our first permanent marketing position this is a real opportunity to make the role your own. We aren’t set on whether this should be a full or part-time position so are open to discussion.
