TLG Key Supporter Relationship Manager

Transforming Lives for Good ,
London, Greater London
Salary: £24,022 - £29,336 per year

Overview

As part of the National Development team, the Key Supporter Relationship Manager will work to inspire new relationships with donors and lead existing key supporters into greater involvement and giving to TLG. You’ll bring vital leadership to develop opportunities we’ve never explored before. You will play a lead role in bringing the necessary income to support our significant growth as we look to reach as many struggling children as possible across the UK. This is a really exciting role to pioneer and you will be tasked with building a relationship pipeline, with the freedom to develop new ways to engage and steward potential donors. By networking, attending events, hosting guests at fundraising dinners, calling supporters, building relationships and asking donors to support specific projects, you will inspire new support, build on existing relationships and increase income that is vital for our future expansion. We are looking for someone who is highly driven, tenacious and able to inspire confidence in others. You will have experience of relationship management and the skills required in persuading, negotiating and communicating with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You may already have a proven track record of success in a fundraising environment and be ready for a new challenge that offers more scope and potential. Alternatively, you may not have worked in fundraising or even the charity sector before but have some transferable skills that can make a real difference. Either way, it’s an exciting time to join the organisation and help shape the future of TLG. We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS. Part time hours are negotiable. The deadline for applications is 5pm, Wednesday 1st April 2020. Video interviews will be scheduled for successful candidates on Tuesday 7th April, with final interviews taking place on Monday 20th April 2020.
