Overview
Conrad Consulting is now supporting a global real estate services firm in their search to recruit a Commercial Surveyor on a temporary contract basis to their Corporate Real Estate Management team, in the City Centre of Edinburgh. This contract role would be suited to a recently chartered Commercial Surveyor who may either be returning to work from maternity; a career break or looking for temp work before going away travelling. The successful Commercial Surveyor will be responsible for the Estates Management of two key corporate clients; whose portfolio includes commercial and residential assets across the whole of the UK. Working alongside the Associate Director you will gain significant client exposure. As well as providing effective general estate management you will cover a range of areas including; landlord and tenant liaison, client stakeholder management and transactional work. About you: It's expected that you have a general practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice Experience of property management work for either investors or corporate occupiers would be preferred. Demonstrate technical competence in areas relevant to role Essential to be RICS qualified Solid understanding of client service delivery Provide a first-rate service along with possessing a flexible and adaptable approach. Ability to multi task and to work accurately and effectively under pressure On offer: Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE / Up to £19 per hour (Contract) The contract could last any time between 1- 4 months, but will be discussed in more detail with the successful candidate.
