Associate Project Manager (Cost & Property Consultancy) If you're an ambitious Associate Project Manager who wants to take their career to the next level with a thriving, independent cost & property consultancy then this will be for you My client is offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take full ownership of their central London Project Management team and grow the department following YOUR vision. The medium sized independent cost and property consultancy have secured major contracts in the commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors and are keen to speak to Associate Project Managers regardless of previous sector experience - providing you have previously worked at a construction / property consultancy. Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager: Project delivery of projects in at least two of the following sectors: Education (University), Education (Secondary), Education (Primary), Residential (Luxury), Residential (Mass Market), Sports & Leisure, Healthcare (Primary Care), Residential, Commercial (mixed-use) Independently leading a series of projects as both day-to-day manager and as main project contact for client Acting as interface with Fund Monitors, on behalf of Developers Preparing and maintaining the usual trackers, programmes, registers etc associated with the role of a Project Manager Delivery of Contract Administration / Employer's Agent roles in JCT 2016 (Traditional and D&B) and NEC forms of contract Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Associate Project Manager: Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery Hold a construction related Degree i.e. Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Design Management Likely to have 6-10 years' experience at project management delivery at all RIBA stages of the project life cycle, beyond any previous construction industry experience Preferably experienced in delivery of CA/EA roles in JCT and NEC forms of contract Remuneration Package for the Associate Project Manager: Salary Highly competitive dependent on qualifications and experienceCar Allowance plus business mileage allowance Auto enrolment pension scheme (Employer and Employee contributions) Private Medical Insurance (Aviva or equivalent) Professional subscriptions paid where appropriateFully funded training and development where appropriate 27 days holiday per calendar year (in addition to statutory Bank Holidays) which includes 1 compulsory day for your birthdayUp to 3 additional loyalty days based on length of service Flexible holiday arrangements (buy or sell up to 5 days) Child Care Voucher scheme Group Life Insurance (3 X Salary basis) Use of a laptop computer and mobile phone Dress Down Friday Excellent working conditions.
