Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Ensuring you are working with state of the art systems processes and reporting is an essential part of this role thus ensuring an efficient and robust infrastructure. You will spend time with line managers, the heads of resourcing and HR to ensure information flows as smoothly as possible with a constant sharpening up of communication. Effective delivery and meeting KPIs, timeframes and deliverables is perhaps the most critical part of the role, in this capacity you will be responsible for every facet from recruitment, training and management of the delivery Team. Wrapping all this up together you will work to agreed budgets, oversee the P and L and report to the board. You will have significant exposure to operational management. This will come in the form of either onsite recruitment or working in a large scale international agency. You will have a firm grasp of people management, budgeting and operations. Exposure to international environments is a must, you will be a diplomatic character able to engage within corporates whilst utilizing the delivery and sales skills required for mainstream recruitment.
