Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. In your role you will ensure that operational and guest experience standards are in place and manage the day to day operations. You will work to ensure the financial success of the hotel, always looking to drive the business forward. You will achieve high quality standards measured through guest satisfaction. You will be fully responsible for the hotel talent both in terms of their wellbeing and in terms of ongoing development. Applicants with ideally 5 years or more hotel operational management experience preferred. You should be able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment. You will have strong commercial and business acumen, and the tenacity to drive the Top Line to exceed targets, and to position the combo in the market place as the preferred choice in the area. You will be an effective communicator, who adheres to both legal/statutory responsibilities, and company policies and procedures, able to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You must have strong leadership ability, with a hands on approach to operations, leading from the front. Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will be driven to deliver quality guest experience and develop and mentor Talent.
