Overview

A hugely successful commercial real estate developer is looking to appoint an assistant project manager for their London based property team. About the client; The client has gone from strength to strength, being seen as a market disruptor they have challenged the status quo, raising the bar for how businesses use commercial real estate. They entered the market with a vision to design and deliver outstanding communal workspace that allows businesses to network seamlessly with each other as well as offering a community feel. Their office space can be found in over 8 European countries including London, Manchester, Paris, Dublin, Milan as well as Australia and Africa. About the role; As an assistant project manager, you will be working within their property team who based in central London. The property team covers disciplines including procurement, project management, facilities management, BIM/3D modelling and asset management. Your role will include managing and delivering your own CAT B projects which will range from £10,000 to £2m per project. These projects will be delivered for the client or on behalf of their tenants. About you; You must have CAT B project management experience and be able to work autonomously. Having a good track record of delivering your own projects, up to £2m, from cradle to grave is key. You will have a construction related degree and probably be part way through your chartership.
