Job Description
We are looking for an instore Merchandiser to join us within our London stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the visual element to fashion and is looking to grow their career. If you care about style, love working in a team and want to be part of the Footasylum story, we have got the job for you: * Reporting directly to the Area Store Manager, you will provide visual support for the store, ensuring all areas are commercially correct and compliant. * Identify the visual skill levels within the store and provide training to develop the in-store sales team. * Work alongside the current store team to the highest visual standard. * Ensure the best execution of company initiatives across all areas of the stores. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to come and help influence sales, the team and the Footasylum brand in one of our exciting stores, based in our London stores. There is an established team in place and you will work directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front end retail staff and there are numerous examples of our team members being successfully promoted throughout the company into senior positions. Skills & Experience Other than an open mind and the drive to succeed, there are certain skills you will need to get the job done: * Previous fashion retail experience. * Ability to work as part of a team and alone as required. * Practical Skills: planning and ability to prioritise and organise self. * An excellent communicator, able to build strong networks with the store team and head office personnel. * Both flexible and committed to the fulfillment of company objectives.
