Keeping one eye on growing your customer base while also maintaining your existing customers is what makes a growth manager an essential part of any business. Working closely with the Marketing and Product teams, our Growth Manager will be accountable for the development of our core propositions and delivering consistent growth for the business. Key Experience: * Monitoring customer funnels, identifying new levers of growth, and applying them to the business * Deploying successful marketing campaigns and taking ownership from ideation to implementation * Segmenting the customer base on various transactional/behavioural features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns * Ongoing lifecycle management of our existing customers to ensure that we retain them e.g. contacting them with new plans and offers * Monitoring and responding to market changes. Finding opportunities every day for hacks around growing our customers base * Continuing to develop current relationships with long-term business customers by launching exciting acquisition campaigns * Developing strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and long-term ROI * Continuously testing and optimising new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy * Championing metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the company * Leading end-to-end campaigns from conception, to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting Requirements Essential Skills: * Strong analytical skills * 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS and start-ups * Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up * Very data-driven and curious about telling stories using data * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proven track record of managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites Benefits Company Description: Paysend was born in April 2017 with the vision to change the way people manage their everyday finances.
