This position is within the Data Science team to work on our Predictive Customer Lifetime or Audience Segmentation offerings you will be working with a small team of Data Scientists using a mix of Python, Spark, SQL, and Ruby to bring models through a full deployment lifecycle. You will be responsible for; * Developing and maintaining Pipelines in Apache Spark using PySpark, including ETL processes and model tuning strategies * Creating tools to evaluate model performance using Tableau or AWS QuickSight * Developing our product offering with an understanding of how Data Science benefits modern marketing companies * Explaining model concepts and performance in a clear and comprehensive way to our sales teams and, on occasion, our clients * Working with our Marketing Teams to constantly improve how our offerings can integrate with marketing tools (Google Ads/Display Ad Ops/etc) Requirements Essential * Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience. * Working knowledge of SQL Preferably Presto/Spark * Significant experience with Python or a similar language Julia/R, etc * Business experience or considerable personal experience with a mix of Regression, Classification, and Clustering Models * Experience with Forecasting with a mix of traditional/ML approaches * Experience with a VCS such as Git/SVN through GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket etc. Ideal * Experience with model streaming using Kafka & Spark * Experience with tuning Apache Spark with Livy * Experience with AWS or GCP in a business environment * Previous work with User Clustering, especially in a AdOps/Marketing role * Projects completed with a test-driven development methodology * Experience with Marketing Tech especially Google AdWords/Analytics 360 Benefits If you have what it takes, you could soon be part of a fun and friendly environment where, if you work hard, your career can progress very quickly.
