Property Manager ________________________________ ___ This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful Real Estate Companies, as their Property Manager. You will join their growing team of Property Managers in their East London office where the entire team is based. You must have experience in all aspects of Property Management. ARLA qualified candidates are desirable but not essential as they will sponsor your exams. Company Profile for the Property Manager Our client is a leading real estate firm with offices located across the UK and worldwide. They specialise in property sales, lettings and management, investment, research and consulting. Duties of the Property Manager Managing a portfolio of 120 properties Dealing with all aspects of Property Management Carrying out inspections on portfolio Dealing with all maintenance issues Managing contractors and building new relationships Dealing with tenancies from settlement to handing back to the negotiators at re let Arranging check ins and outs Character profile of Property Manager Excellent customer service skills Previous Lettings Administration / Property Management experience Understanding of all current legislations Confident and professional Able to manage a heavy workload Enthusiastic and positive with team ARLA qualified desirable Able to self-manage Package for the Property Manager Working hours:Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Salary:£30,000 - £36,000 Depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus Benefits: Over 30 days holiday, 5.00pm finish, Gym membership Get in touch with Carly Mitchell at Cherry Pick People Property Recruitment Specialists.
