The Ideal Candidate You will use your previous experience within property management to effectively manage a stunning portfolio of properties located in South West London. Having a solid background in property is key, you will be a super efficient and organised individual who has the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent communication between landlords and tenants. Responsibilities · Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors · Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants · Completing all paperwork for tenant's moving in and moving out including references · Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation · Completing tenancy renewal paperwork · Sorting utility bills and redirecting post · Dealing with contractors & liability insurances · Organising and ensuring the security of keys · Completing inspections and property visits Benefits · Ongoing training and development · Contribution to ARLA qualifications · On site gym · Additional bonuses throughout the year This is a true opportunity to become an important part of a market leading Property Management team.
