Field Sales Executive/External Sales Executive Location: Bracknell / Reading Salary: £25,000 - 35,000 OTE - realistic £40-45K company vehicle My client based in Bracknell is looking for a professional Field Sales Executive/External Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the construction or waste industry. We are looking for candidates with strong negotiation and relationship building skills. Job Description Responsible for the hire of the shredders, crushers, screens and agricultural services Setting up the machines on the first day of hire and ensuring a complete handover is conducted Develop lasting relationships and establish strong rapport with customers Responsible for New business development and networking Responsible for site surveys; inspection of area where work is proposed, gathering information for an estimate to complete the initial tasks required. Determine precise location, access, best orientation for the site and the location of obstacles. Promoting the brand by ensuring a professional and personable manner Person Specification Industry experience in construction or waste with a strong knowledge about materials Must possess excellent negotiation and sales skills Excellent communication and rapport building skills
