Job Description
To work For An Award Winning Company Duties Include: Planning, managing, owning and maintaining the sales territory whilst communicating effectively with the rest of the business on activity and sales levels. Attend between 12 - 15 selling opportunity appointments per week Develop winning sales strategies & propositions Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements. Presenting potential client solutions professionally and providing written proposals as required You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets Follow-up and report on sales pipeline / forecasts increasing company revenue Negotiating contacts, packages, pricing and payments in line with set parameters Self-generate selling opportunities as necessary Route plan the territory for maximum exposure to selling opportunities Attend exhibitions and other trade shows for lead generation Update CRM following all activities Provision of weekly report & feedback Work within team developing appointment making strategies for effective appointment qualification Meet sales revenue targets Travel across customer / prospect base as required The Ideal Candidate. Proven business development manager who is used to working to and exceeding targets Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business. Proven track record in closing short term / immediate deals ideally within the selling opportunity appointment (i.e. proven closing record at time of appointment sitting) Clear & effective communicator Expert negotiation capabilities and utilise series of closing techniques to ensure deals are won on the day (or in short a timescale as possible) Resilient, willing, diligent Confident, positive & highly results driven.
