We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing field sales team at Middletons Nationwide!. Established for over 11 years with over 250 staff and stores nationwide, Middletons offer a broad range of life-changing home products consisting of rise & recline chairs, adjustable beds and mobility scooters. We are a company who are pioneers of forward thinking, we never forget that vital to our success is the amazing people who work for us and the commitment we have to our customers. Requirements As a Middletons Field Sales Consultant youll attend appointments booked by our award winning in-house telesales team in customers homes; helping them realise their own vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from our bespoke design software). Working with us, youll quickly become an expert on our extensive range of products. Our marketing department spends 5m on advertising every year, all appointments we make are from calls that customers make to us, which creates an average of 50-100 weekly enquiries for our consultants to follow up on each week. What were looking for Youre customer-focused. You know when to talk and when to listen. Sales experience is great, but you dont sell- you find solutions to problems. Youre a trouble-shooter, committed to getting the best result for all concerned. Not just because its your job; but because you care. You have a positive outlook. Energy and confidence set great sales people apart from the mediocre. And lets be honest: we do business with people we like. You know how to handle rejection too: with a smile. * Wiliness to travel. * You must have the physical ability to demonstrate a chair, bed and scooter in the customers home. * Full UK driving licence and DBS check * Working 1 x Saturday every 6 weeks. * Direct sales experience a bonus but not essential. * Mobility industry experience preferred but not essential. Benefits * Basic salary of 20,000 with commission on top. 40,000-50,000 OTE on average * Company vehicle. * Fuel card, IPad and phone will be provided. * Pension scheme. * 28 days holiday. * Regular staff functions and holidays/prizes for most successful salespeople. * There are also outstanding rewards and incentives for those that meet their targets.
