Overview
A highly collegiate US law firm is looking to recruit an Associate to their growing corporate team in London. You will work as part of a small and expanding team which covers a mix of private M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions. This firm manages balance reasonable work and hours expectations alongside high quality transactions and interesting clients. They also have a highly entrepreneurial culture which provides the freedom to develop and grow your own client relationships. Unlike many US firms in London this office provides the significant majority of its own work. To successfully apply you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures or a combination of the three.
