Overview
An exciting US law firm are looking to recruit an Associate to join their Corporate team in London. You will get exposure to a mix of M&A, private equity, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. You will be working directly with partners and have a high level of responsibility both on matters and with clients. Although definitely a US firm with the excellent international cross-border work which would be expected they are very different to the stereotype American practice. They have a highly collegiate culture where sharp elbows are not welcome and where you will be valued as a person not just a billable hours target. To successfully applied you must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and have either completed a Corporate/Private Equity seat during your training contract or qualified into a Corporate or Private Equity team.
