The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with ca 3 years pqe to join their team in Nottingham. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team which is busy with an excellent range of instructions. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
