The expanding corporate team is looking to recruit a talented corporate lawyer with at least 1 yrs pqe to come in and support the existing 3 partner team on a broad range of both private and public corporate work include M&As, JVs, takeovers and private equity investments. The London office has a relaxed and informal working environment and, because of its size, a cohesive and collegiate feel. With associates typically clocking c. 1500 hours this is far from your typical US firm.
