Overview
Ambassador Regional Sales Manager A bit about our client: After seeing a significant amount of growth in 2019 our client has become one of the fastest growing start ups in Europe & is looking for energetic, charismatic ambitious Regional Manager to join their team in managing Ambassadors. They are a healthy dog food delivery service in the UK offering the best ingredients home cooked & delivered directly to the customers & pooches home Our clients believes in helping dogs live healthier, happier and longer lives. Their aim is to leave their customers smiling after every interaction. Key responsibilities include: Help execute our clients sales strategy through the London Team of event Ambassadors (2.5 hours reach of London) Ensure weekly & monthly sales targets are always met Build, manage and develop a fully functioning sales team of up to 60 people Take lead on the on-boarding process of new members to the team, and their development as salespeople Uphold the brands values You will work closely with the Direct Sales department, as part of your role, you will be expected to support in recruiting, training and developing a successful team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year Sales experience ideally B2C & Customer Facing 1 years management or team lead experience would be desirable Outgoing, charismatic and confident Highly organised Exceptional communication skills A great people manager Pro-active, entrepreneurial 'can do’ attitude A sense of humour (it helps) Passion for startups, e-commerce and/or dogs Full driver’s license (some driving/travel will be required) Experience with Microsoft Office or similar Whats on offer: Basic up to £26,000 with an OTE of £40,00 (uncapped) bonus paid monthly An attractive compensation package.
