About the team Working within Finance you will form part of the Controllership Team who are responsible for all general accounting, the accuracy of financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet as well as supporting the business with a range of services including client billing and accounts payable. This is all supported through a structured control environment. As a team member you will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This will include having a strong understanding of how the business operates including priorities and the range of risks and challenges faced by the business. There is significant scope for personal development and career progression within Finance and the wider business. The role and your mission Managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) function from a business perspective. While the actual processing of invoices have been offshored you will be responsible for overseeing and managing this on day to day basis to ensure all invoices and expenses are processed and paid in a timely manner. With the implementation of an upgraded general ledger system we will be moving to a Purchase Order based system for Accounts Payable and employee online expense claims. With the support of an established central transition team the candidate with be responsible for managing the end to end process at a business level, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed with minimal impact on the business.
