PBS Day Opportunities Manager (Learning and Leisure Service)Location: Islington, North LondonSalary: £30,000 per annumHours of Work: Full-time, 35 hours per weekAbout the Company:Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.We currently have a number of exciting vacancies to join our Day Opportunities provision as Positive Behaviour Support Workers These are a set of newly created roles that will focus on delivering person-centred care to a range of people with Autism and behaviours that may challenge, providing support to offer them the best opportunities.As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will have a chance to be involved in the implementation of support plans and risk assessments, as well as helping respond to triggers for behaviours that may be of concern. You will also provide emotional support to the individuals, promote decision making, facilitate and participate in a range of social and leisure activities and support them to achieve goals and positive outcomes, helping build self-esteem and confidence.
