The corporate team is top tier and is now looking for an experienced solicitor to deal with all aspects of corporate deals, especially covering cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity and joint ventures. The work is global Taking a lead role when needed, the successful candidate will be involved in M&A, joint ventures, as well as private equity. Applications are invited from technically strong and commercially aware, corporate associates, with at least 2 years PQE, having trained and qualified with another top, London law firm. It is essential that candidates have a strong academic profile. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to move to a large, London law firm, offering the opportunity to work on major cross-border corporate deals.
