A common law qualified solicitor is now sought to join the London-based Corporate group to act on private equity / M&A transactions. As a member of this team you will act on high value, complex and unique corporate transactions on a global platform. Experience of private equity / M&A transactions is essential. Experience gained at a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand, or, other international law firm practice will be welcomed.
