Overview
A silver circle firm are looking to hire a Senior Associate into their ECM and public company corporate team. You will work on a range of transactions including IPOs, secondary listings and public M&A deals for companies across both the Main Market and AIM. There are fantastic opportunities for progression in a firm which has a strong track record of promotions within the corporate department and which, at a firmwide level, has been going from strength to strength recently. Applications are welcomed from Corporate lawyers with a minimum of 3PQE qualified in England & Wales, Ireland, Scotland or another common law jurisdiction such as New Zealand or Australia.
