Internal/In House Recruiter - London Salary: £28- £32k 10% Bonus Commission per placement Bens Are you looking to switch Agency Recruiter to an in house Talent Team? If so, this role could be for you NTech is recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant ideally from an Agency background in Sales and Tech recruitment to join a successful growing TA team. The company are in the Digital Business and located close to Liverpool St Station. Key Responsibilities for the role of Internal Recruiter Assist the Recruitment team with delivering the full spectrum of the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, telephone screening, shortlisting, face to face interviewing and selecting candidates. Utilise LinkedIn, various other job portals and social media to source and attract talent ensuring the relevant criteria is met. Support the recruitment team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the company headcount growth plan, update the candidate database and build strong relationships with candidates. Respond to all employment enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Ensure candidates are contacted on a regular basis throughout the recruitment process through to start date. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the hiring managers. Performing general administrative duties, such as booking in candidates for interviews, recruitment statistics, reference checks and collecting in new joiner documentation and forms.
