On behalf of our Client, a successful niche Luxury Fragrance Brand with a reputation for outstanding quality products worldwide and a presence in 72 countries. In Job UK & Ireland is looking for a Concession Manager (Luxury Boutique) The Boutique Concession Manager will report to the Brand Ambassador and the International Operations Manager. The Boutique is Dynamic and unique offering a wide range of Niche Fragrances. They reach a mixture of different clients from local socialites to international jet setting celebrities. Main Duties: Responsible for the overall running of their beautifully decorated Boutique store, you will be the driving force of the team; Leading by example you will create a welcoming environment for all clients and team members; From your experience working within a luxury retail brand (preferably from a Fragrance, Jewellery background) you will be forward thinking, numbers driven and passionate about clientelling - thinking differently to attract a new client base; Preparing the monthly Rota for a team of six Sales Consultants; Providing the weekly report and meaningful information about the Footfall and Sales performance to company HQ in Italy; Concession Stock and Report Management, arranging and supervising daily and weekly duties for each member of the staff; Engaging with customers on the brands culture providing exclusive experience; Consultative Sales; Achieve sales targets: daily, weekly and monthly; Organize Brand Events; Daily contact with management and HQ, in terms of retail operations; Sales reports and clients book; Till management: Handling payments by cash/cards, till cash-up, end of day reports; Maintain high visual display standards and point of sales clean; This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a bold unique and historic luxury perfumery brand. Requirements: An experienced Luxury Retail Manager, preferably from a Jewellery, Perfumery, Watches background (Luxury Fashion will be considered); A champion for building a solid client database - bringing a client following with you and having the experience of looking at alternative ways to grow brand awareness; A go getter, target - driven individual; A people person, proven history in working closely with a team, managing the employee's life cycle, challenging under performance and celebrating successes; Concession stock and reports management experience; Reliable, Sales driven, organized, and quick learner; Passionate about luxury and professional attitude at all time; Fluent English and any additional languages is a plus; Proactive and flexible attitude with high level of customer service; Availability work in shifts and over the weekend.
