Overview

Come and Join the Crew World Our Ecommerce team works hard to maintain, trade and market the crewclothing.com website and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Concessions Coordinator to join them and manage our third-party concession websites. Reporting to the Online Concessions Manager, you will be supporting in the delivery of planned sales targets through the management of the Concession Launch Trackers, ensuring products are launched within critical path deadlines and are correctly merchandised on partner sites and coordinating the Crew Clothing brand shop on partner sites, initially: Next, eBay UK and Zalando. Responsibilities: Product Launch Be the main point of contact for product launch requirements, queries and delivery issues internally and with the concession partners Manage the Concession Launch Trackers from creation each season Ensure additional launch comments are updated daily Track the revised into WH dates each week Ensure relevant product data and assets are sent to Channel Advisor or directly to the concession partner within the critical path deadlines Produce a weekly ISNOS report highlighting the number of lines due to go live that week and how many have launched vs not noting reasons why - late sample, image, copy etc - and communicate to the wider business Conduct daily site walks to ensure products are priced and merchandised correctly on site. Liaise with concession partner if any amendments are required Support the Online Concessions Manager with the on-boarding of new concession sites Trade Support in the implementation of trade actions and communicate required actions to the relevant internal and external partner Manage the Online Concessions Forward Planning Calendar and keep up to date with all concession partner promotional activity Coordinate required samples and assets to support any promotional activity and upcoming campaigns Coordinate the Crew Clothing brand shop on concession partner sites and update with seasonal assets Work with Merchandising to optimise stock availability and highlight areas of opportunities and concern Develop strong working relationships with concession partners through regular communication and participation in Trade meetings To carry out any additional duties as required to assist in maximising the Ecommerce department’s potential.
