Amazing opportunity with exciting British brand Hays are working with a contemporary British brand that specialises in accessories who are looking for a Concession Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting time for the company who are going from strength to strength. Working hours will be up between 9.30am and 10pm and so you must be flexible. As a Concession Manager, your duties will include: Overseeing the day to day running of the Concession Managing the sales team and driving sales Setting and working towards KPIs Providing an exceptional service to customers Dealing with cash and payments Managing online booking systems Build relationships across department store In order to be successful, you must have previous experience as a Concession/Store Manager, ideally from the luxury/accessories/jewellery sectors.
