B2B Sales £24,000 25% bonus (£30,000) THE JOB The B2B Sales Consultant role focuses on small to medium sized business sales through business leads in your trade area and Store walk-ins. By highlighting and offering technology, solutions, and products, the B2B Sales Consultant will build partnerships within the local business community that meets the specific needs of our customers. The B2B Sales Consultant will proactively drive new leads and build relationships (in Store & off-site), networking face to face, over the phone, and through workshops or events. The B2B Sales Consultant is also responsible for training the store team on how to generate, qualify, and input leads, while leading the store SMB workshops and events. By effectively collaborating with our local small to medium sized enterprises, you will be creating impactful solutions for your community while spreading the company footprint. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leader of the business team & customer relationship management Acts as single point of contact for communication with business customers Primary service provider for existing customers Drive a positive set of NPS scores Drive incremental store revenue through effective account management and pipeline building BUSINESS PLANNING Gather & obtain business listings from a multiple set of sources for example the Chamber of commerce. Drive lead generation and positive sales results in-store through utilization of store resources and empowering our sales floor team. Build & foster relationships w/ local small to medium size businesses in various business verticals. Through SES and off site, have direct engagement via phone, face to face, and email. Drive networking and brand visibility within the community resulting in long-term recurring revenue and in-store engagement. Utilizing CRM & CDM, perform a daily operational rhythm that capitalizes on customer relationships and financial growth. EXPERIENCE Understand market insight for local area and businesses and engage in efforts and sales activities that promote local business connectivity and solutions. Understanding all competitor solutions. Uses market and customer insights to tailor strategy for workshops and events. Create and deliver on strategies that benefit the utilization of store resources and team. Accountable for development of monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy. Accountable for weekly/monthly sales attainment with the Store Manager & SES Partner. Work w/ Store Manager & SES partner to determine appropriate product assortment and solutions. Development of innovative methods to create a larger footprint within the store and local market. Administer the entire business customer journey through pipeline management.
