Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Lister Do you want to earn WHAT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS AN OUTSTANDING basic salary of up to £32,500 depending on experience plus bonuses and therefore not be dependent on what commission you will be earning on a monthly basis? On target earnings are £40,000. Do you also want your weekends back as you will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays? Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in Residential Property Sales, Valuations and Listings? This is an exciting opportunity for Estate Agents to develop their career with an established independent Estate Agents. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Lister If you consider yourself to be a team player then we have a refreshing position available for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills. All staff are expected to be all-rounders so basically everyone in the office can do everyone else's job to include viewings, sales progression, valuations and listings. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Lister From winning new business to motivating your colleagues you must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes. Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Lister Experience: - Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Lister Remuneration: Basic salary up to £32,500 depending on experience plus bonuses with on target earnings of £40,000. Working hours: 09:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday and only 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 4:00 with a day off during the week when you do work on a Saturday (5 day working week) Closed on Sundays.
