Overview
Human Capital Partners are working with a well established multi-site estate business based in Brighton. They seek an experienced and hard-working Commercial agent to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will generate property sales, lettings and acquisitions by gaining new clients and instructions, Advise clients in respect of price/rent/premiums and marketing. Responsibilities: Ensure the best service to all clients and customers To ensure there is ongoing and proactive networking activity to generate new business To ensure the department displays the correct professional image To be active in a well formed environment between staff members, particularly concerning property instructions, sales, lettings, acquisitions and matters arising Dealing with staff matters where appropriate within line management responsibilities Comply with all regulation concerning commercial agency such as property misdescription, money laundering, energy performance certificates etc Actively, enthusiastically and professionally pursue clients, valuations and instructions Actively, enthusiastically and professionally follow matters through from instruction to completion providing clients and customers with a high level of communication Person Specification: Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team Set an example of positive high standards for others to follow Experienced professional attitude, reliability to see any situation through to an end result Highly motivated and having confidence to deal with people at all levels
