Overview
A rarely available opportunity to join a very well-established property firm in Brighton as Head of Commercial Agency. The role will involve running the Commercial Sales & Lettings arm of the business, as well as oversee the Property Auction department. Responsibilities will include Generating new business and gaining commercial sales and lettings instructions Advising clients on rents, prices and premiums Prepare properties for auction Progressing sales and acquisitions through to completion Overseeing a small team Ensure the department is compliant at all times Build strong relationships with clients and customers To be considered for this role you’ll ideally have experience working either within Commercial Estate Agency, or within Property Auctions. You’ll have great leaderships skills, the ability to build lasting relationships and the motivation to grow and develop the department.
