Your new role Your new role as the Senior Estates Surveyor will see you use interpersonal skills to build up networks whilst evaluating land and property queries dealing with, lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations. With the ability to balance a complex workload you will help and assist a large team of surveyors and estate staff, given the duty of the role you will be given the chance to innovate, identify and implement areas that you see fit. You will be leading and delivering major projects for the agency, overseeing disposal and acquisition schemes within the estate delivering the best value for money. What you'll need to succeed As the successful Senior Estates Surveyor, you will need to have exception interpersonal and communication skills, experience in dispute resolution with strong influencing and negotiating skills. A proven Senior Estates Surveyor that has expanded the value and capacity of current premises, you will show a great understanding of planning, property and compensation legislation, high desirable will to have dealt with a portfolio dealing with property management, valuation and Landlord and tenant issues. RICS or MRICS is highly desirable for this position. What you'll get in return As the successful candidate you will be rewarded with a competitive package salary between £40,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, comfortable holiday, and pension package with the extra freedom to grow and maintain a expansive estate.
