As a result, we are now looking to hire a number of Entry Level Recruitment Consultants to join our London office with immediate start dates available. Overview of Role All Entry Level Recruitment Consultants start their career at FRG by focusing on candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates to fill current live vacancies as well as generating leads for the business. After about 8 weeks you will start to engage with clients and undertake a full 360 recruitment role where you be responsible for your own business development and the nurturing of new business relationships. From here you will have complete access to one of the most generous uncapped commission structures in the recruitment industry which is offered at FRG. Responsibilities With the help of our industry leading training you will be expected to; Provide candidates and clients with high levels of customer service at all times Represent yourself as a credible and professional Display FRG's core values always Meet the KPI targets set for you by management To be successful and achieve your targets to become a Recruitment Consultant you will need to be resilient, resourceful, positive and prepared to go above and beyond.
