Overview
THE COMPANY A highly successful, respected and innovative international banking and financial services company. THE ROLE A junior solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience is now sought to join the global legal team to provide legal support to commercial and operations. Your role will include maintaining and updating standard customer contracts and the preparation and negotiation of both lower value and higher value complex contracts with suppliers and customers. You will also support the marketing team with customer communications, and work with external law firms. ABOUT YOU With at least 2pqe, you must demonstrate a solid track record and excellent technical and negotiation skills. You will ideally have knowledge of a second European language. Some experience of working with one or more of the following areas: payment sector, financial services, software/fintech, commercial contracts and e-commerce will be required.
