Overview
No rotating shifts or evening hours Hours are 9am - 5.30pm My Huntingdon based client are seeking an Insurance Sales Advisor for their rapidly growing national company. Have you previously worked for an insurance company? Constantly giving perfect customer service? Knowledge on Insurance? This company offer a very competitive salary, parking on site, High street discounts, Work anniversary vouchers, pension contributions, free fruit at work plus more This role is easily commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough and the surround areas The role and what you'll be doing: Quotes/New business Renewals Mid-term adjustments/cancellations Process Payments and set up finance agreements Issue Letters/memos to clients and insurers Handle any Complaints and log onto system Manage diary system Key skill you will have: Must have at least 1 year previous insurance experience A competent level of knowledge of all Microsoft packages Good written, oral and communication skills A competent level of knowledge of the internal computer system and procedures General knowledge of the Insurance market and legislation requirements Excellent communication skills Be approachable and helpful to management and members of staff Competent in Maths and English A collaborative and innovative approach to working This role would suit someone who has previously been in an insurance contact centre looking for their next step up as an account manager/advisor.
