A superb opportunity has arisen with the Head Office of this highly respected insurance organisation for a bright, intelligent individual to join its specialist Schemes Department. It seeks a numerate , it savvy individual with the ability to quickly absorb and act upon information. Full training will be given in this rare and exciting opportunity. You will be joining a highly motivated, newly created team that specialises in the Schemes and Delegated Authority arena. Working with and learning from some highly respected industry professionals you’ll be trained in all aspects of the role that will include assisting with the development and design of new products, working alongside other divisions of the organisation, analysis and review of policy wordings and the production of Management Information using Excel. Our client is fully aware that this is niche role and therefore isn’t expecting you to have pre-existing skills in all of the above but will be ideally looking for evidence of knowledge of the General Insurance industry , ideally both Commercial and Personal Lines, underpinned by first class MS Excel skills. You’ll also have an inquisitive and analytical mindset with a thirst for knowledge at all times. A desire to study for professional insurance qualifications would also impress our client greatly. Alternatively , if you are a graduate with the ability to accommodate steep learning curve and a desire to build a career in the General Insurance/Financial Services arena then your application would also be welcomed.
